I just realized recently that I always fidget, I can't sit
still. I don't like twich or anything though, I just have
to keep my hands or legs occupied or I get uncomfortable.
I'm always tapping my foot or messing with my zipper on my
hoodie. fucking weird.

I'm always fidgeting too, usually if I'm all
anxious/stressed/depressed I'll be biting my lip, or my jaw
will be really tense or I'll be picking at that skin by the
side of your fingernails. arrg!
