I really admire that he keeps it up consequently.

that can be one of the hardest things.

thanks guys, i really do appreciate it. i guess i just want
to make it good, for goodness sake. wooooooah. somebody's
comin! HEY! somebody's comin! (that's from ghostbusters)

quick thing about "no cell" - i put that as the desktop on
one of the computers at my last job with the text "no cell
phones in the library" (i worked at a library) and the next
time i was in it was on all the computers! funny.

anyways, i'm posting a new comic/dootle tonight, check it
out if you want.

Yes, as the others say, taking critisism and just nodding to
someone who doesnt like it, that is really cool, it will
bring you a long way i think. Its all about evolving that
ability to look at your work wery analytical. A danish
designer once said that he could only truly look at his work
for like a minute, just when he wakes up, at that time he
wrote anything that annoyed him about his work down, and
then changed it, even tho it might look ok later on the day.
You know where im getting at?

Also, if you havent read em, Scott Mcclouds books about
comics are a must read!!! wery inspiring i must say.

scup_bucket: thanks!

dirtypriest: again, thanks for the praise. i enjoy what i do
but i hate it at the same time. no. i think i'm very cynical
so it's easy for me to take criticism.

I really like them. They seem relaxed, like you're not
trying to force feed me your cleverness.

I like that.

that's actually a good way to describe them...relaxed...

maybe because i'm always falling asleep? :D

yeah that's a good one. i should add it to my list of links
but it would seem like a farce to do such a thing since i'm
a vegetarian.

so i'm working on an actual story for my comic. the next few
weeks i'll be writing and drawing the strips, also re-laying
out my site as to organize the archived strips better. i'll
let everyone know when it is ready.

The biggest problem I see is resolution. Draw your comics on
A4-A3 paper with ink and scan them (if you're serious
enough). You'll find yourself putting more effort into every
strip this way too.

that's funny you say that...you're the first to mention the
resolution. i need to better my techniques...

thanks paco
