I nod my head.. but that is all i do when i listen to this
kind of music, and i only listen to it at home, on my own.
I don't like the idea of dancing in that atmosphere.
I will dance if i go out and get golfed up on moon sticks
though.

i imagine many autechre purists cringe at the mere idea of
desecrating the music with spasmodic dancing

plebs.

thinking about seeing ae live, I would definitely prefer to
sit and listen than to dance around like a pillock and get
so hot you turn into a ghost

ae's main influences are hip-hop.. which is a genre very
much linked to dance

I cant even take a shit with it playing in the background. i
get that feeling like when your girlfriend wants to "test"
your realationship by opening the door on you while youre
urinating.
Its just not right.

i can personally attest to the fact that confield is
absolutely ace highway-driving music, especially on a dark,
solitary winter night! and i'm not being sarcastic here in
the least bit, fellas!

it must also be noted that confield was one of the last
pieces of music which i put on while finishing a political
science paper at 6 a.m. after having been up all night
writing the thing. somehow, it provieded the perfect
soundtrack.

I bop around and thrash in my chair listening to a lot of

mainly:

eidetic casein
cfern
pen expers
and some parts of uviol

cfern is fucking fun to dance to when i'm drunk... Sim
Gishel is another one... and probably Pen Xpers too...
although it tends to degenerate very quickly... listening to
a track like Bine, i think it is fun to just spasm rapidly
on the floor... ah i love confield...

i never actually *dance* to anything.

except sometimes when i'm in a happy altered state of mind
but when i do it this way it's rasher like, rushing and
bumping into every walls and pillars screaming while moving
hands in a totally discoordinated way. or, well. things like
that at least.

i'd never try to dance seriously.
