i used to pronounce it "ow-tek-ur" and then i heard someone
say "aw-tikker" and i was like "that rolls off the tongue

first think "Austria",
now, take the sound that the "Au" made
and attach that "Au" sound to "tek", like the word "tech"
and then add the sound "er" as in fuckER.
put it all together:
AW-tek-er,
stress is on the first syllable.
