i've had the album on repeat lately.
sometimes a little too poppish, i definately don't like Death Cab for Cutie, but ben's vocals are tolerable on this album. though sometimes, he sounds like ben folds. i'm considering picking up some Dntel (the other half of Postal Service).

but really, i listen to it for the sounds. the vocals are definately worth throwing away, so i just don't pay attention to much of what he sings about.

i think some of the vocals are lame, but I really do like ben's voice.. it's subdued enough to really complement the sound. The sound however, is of course the best part.

the postal service doesn't really do anything for me. i dunno...it does sound kind of cheesy, but it's not completely dreadful. i like dntel much better.

by vocals, I meant lyrics.. I love all the vocals.
I wouldn't really say theres anything juvenile about the music in their songs.. take away the lyrics and you've got some nice electronica.. you gotta love the aphex style drum beats. I think they use some great sounds in their music.
