the melodic progressions are good. i just didn't really
care for the sound choices. the drums and melody sound a
bit too much like they come directly out of a casio or
yamaha keyboard with just a bit of effects on them. maybe
that's just because it is at 128kb.

i suspect, maybe you were going for the 8 bit nintendo game
sound.. i'm just not really into it.

fair enough. yeah the lofi video game sound was
intentional.

thanks for listening tho!

(check out my other track, pet moonrock if you'd like. it's
8-bit free, i promise :)

Great track! lots of sounds and textures to keep me
interested, the rhythm of the track got a little repetative
for its length, but overall a well made track!

i listened to your songs and i liked them a lot. i
definately like the sounds you used for foursquare...i
dunno, some people just dont like videogame-esque type
noises.

Whoa, really nice. I didn't think the beginning of it was
very interesting (just the rhytms), but as soon as the
melody comes in... it becomes really great!
And yes, I probably also like it because of the 8bit sound
;-) Very nostalgic for me.

Where did you get your avatar from? Because that is
not what the Koopa Troopa's looked like in SMB! They
definitly did not have a black outline around them. And I
think they looked different in the SNES-remake aswell...
