I just realised why this sounded so familiar when I first heard it. He played it live when he was in Liverpool. My mate who isn't into electronic music is it my house now and he came to the night with me...I just played the sample and he said "oh yeah, he played that live it was the best track of a shitty night"...at which I punched the fucker for dissing Tom. |

The sample sounded different for sure. I think Tom was definitely getting way to obscure recently and I definitely like a good old tune so fingers crossed there will be some actual tunes in this next record you can whistle to. |
