1991....Listening to "music about cash registers - made by
robots"...

and dancing like a loon...

(Strangely enough I've been listening to a lot of Nirvana
recently; although even then I prefer the Tori Amos/Maddona
techo-ised version of Smells lLke, to the original...)..

I must admit I did get real emotional whilst reading his
Journals - perhaps the knowledge of a not-so-happy ending
made all his jottings & dreams become poignantly loaded....

ho hum....

I was 8 or 9, and completely clueless about music. In fact,
I was a bit of a late bloomer musically, not really getting
hardcore into it until late junior high.

1991 was sweet though, in hindsight.

i was listening to old rave tapes that my friend used to
copy off his older brother, nirvana - obviously, not a lot
else...

me too you know... I've always loved music, and I guess used
to always spend loads of my money on cds... but it wasn't
until a few years ago when I started getting into electronic
music that I really started appreciating music in general...
before that it was basically whatever was on Muchmusic that
I liked I bought...
