i am really impressed to see so many very young people who are into richard's music... so, who is older than, let's say 25 here??? i am 27 years old and discovered aphex twin while listening to SAW 1 back in '95 before i really loved ambient stuff like FSOL, but it was SAW which really shook me. in 95-96 techno already was *really* massive in belgium and germany, but i hated it before knowing richard's music..... greetings from paris, (: andreas |

32 first heard Digeridoo in early 90's...picked up some of the EPs and stuff and then moved down to NZ where Aphex was worth a pound of Flesh to buy...started recollecting when the Caustic Window complilation came out in 98..it blew my head clean off !!..been running backwards and forwards collecting all I could get me hands on since then.. |

i am 19, and i fell in love with Aphes Twin the minute i heard "GIRL/BOY Song" and since then......i love the music he makes...since i also make similar kindda stuff, and his music is inspirational |

I'm 26 and first heard aphextwins pacman powerpill back in 92 at an illegal rave since then i was hooked i have lots of his stuff, saw 1/11 j9ii, abb1/3(on tape) digeridoo polygon window, afx, window licker, come to daddy, donkey rubbarb, Drukqs, rdj, icbyd, Wagon christ aphex remix,afx remix on men, all of this is on vinyl, seen him play out 4 times now, have all the mp3's of the track i ain't got. u see i was at the right age to follow his from his beginings |

I'm 32...very similar story to MF..got into Aphex back inthe days of Didge & Powerpill & Illegal Raves etc... Followed him ever since, and it's been an excellent journey...think I've got everything he's ever released, mainly on CD, all the albums, loads of remixes etc., with MP3s of the stuff only produced on Vinyl... |
