Amsterdam Coffee Shops

Just went to amsterdam last weekend, had a great time, what
a cool place.

I have been many times and have always enjoyed hanging out
in the coffee shops - but have usually been dissapointed
with the decor and vibes of most of them.

Are there any amsterdam locals here who can reccomend me
some cool places that have good music (no crap trance or
anything), nice decoration, good atmosphere?

I am going back again soon and want to find something off
the beaten path.. SO please no one suggest the Grasshopper
or Bulldog or Hill St Blues or something..

Any suggestions? Thanks.

'De Dampkring' (I guess it's the right name) and let me
remember 'grey zone or grey area' and 'chocolata' for their
special cakes...

that woman can save him, but shes too busy picking her nose.
