Musically I really like it! The rhytms are nice but the
clean acoustic kick and snare bring it down for me.. if
they were more dusty sounding, or a bit more characterful
it could be really good. IMO and all that crap

JivverDicker : Thanx, I will definitly take that creative
response back to "the lab" and get busy. Do u think I
should add some more perc and a more dusty snare and kick or
just change the kick and snare and take away the "old"
drums?

like the reverse sound in the beat.... nice effects added to
it... catchy melody, and undermelody..... nice
progression..... thought maybe at 2:40 it could have changd
over instead of 2:50.... the piano/violin thing is gorgeous
:).... nic little "feedback?" sound.... thought at 4:35 the
piano/violin could have changed up a bit instead of a
constant loop for 4 measures.... altogether very nice track
:) I enjoyed it immensely...

It's just the snare and kick for me, the rest of it sounded
really good!

Tits: what are you doing up at this time?

i was up foolishly late working on school assignments.. i
take it from your non-response to either email that you're
not interested? would it be so excruciating to just politely
say so instead of making me wait and guess? someone point
this topic out to him because i'd love to know.

archie your tracks r0x0red.. i'll check for more in a few
days

I like the guitar in it and they way it and the percussion
play against each other.

I liked the track as a whole and the way bits that disappear
like the guitar and strings come back later on in the track
subtly changed.

Not so sure about the genre description of it though-
Traditional African? ;)

Erm, sorry for the delay getting it BTW- I've been uber
busy...

He's not lying folks... it's very good!

Sort of upbeat BoC type thing that uses a fight club sample
(from the Dust Brothers Album? ;)

One comment I would make.. the ending sounds like there's a
note missing or that the final note is wrong.

Ta, it'll (hopefully) be the soundtrack to me cracking this
graphics coursework :)

I've got a couple of new tracks that aren't far off
finished, but still require a bit of work before I make them
available.

overall i really enjoyed it. great, fun little track. but
for whatever reason the guitar just didn't really do it for
me. i mean..i dunno. it worked but it didn't. if it
were...something else..hmm. i'm not sure. but anyways, that
minor thinglet aside, it sounded great. and i kinda liked
the clean beats, m'self.

open the heart, though, is fantastic. i really enjoyed it.
the whole classical asian (at least that's what i got) meets
poppy-funk thing. very nice. =]

yo,
good work.
i like the reverberated drums. makes the space seem big.
i like the little panned melody thing. and the strings are
nice.
lots of good melody in there.

piano stuff is nice too.

yep good stuff.
