ive put up 3 recently finished ambient tracks i did.

track 1 is quite minimalistc. droning shit. think corsair by
boc.

track 2 is a remix of another song. more things are
happening in this one, but there's some dodgy transitions at
parts.

untitled - people seem to like this one. much more busy than
the other 2. kinda noisey.

you can find these tracls HERE.

please listen and comment if youre into this kind of stuff.
feedback would be much appreciated
thanks

The description on your site is pretty cool- "shifty kid"

I really like track one, the comparison with corsair is a
justified one...

Despite its comparative minimalism and length it stays
interesting and changes subtley over time. Overall a good
track, excellent for sitting outside half asleep in the sun
(next summer!)

My Dad walked in as I was playing it and said "what's
that?"
"a friend's music..."
"Oh, I thought it was a noise" so I'm not sure he liked it
as much as me :)

Track 2- what's it remixing? One of your other tracks? I
didn't like this as much as one, but it's still a good
track, it makes me think of church music in places. Only let
down by the slightly dodgy transitions that you mentioned,
but they could have been a lot worse. A track for sleeping
to in the middle of the day.

Track 3 (untitled)- too slow starting, there's nothing wrong
with a slow build, but this is to all intents and purposes
silent for over half a minute... now, on an album that might
have some reason/justification (although I still reckon gaps
that long should be whole tracks so they're skippable if you
want...), but in a stand alone track like this, it's a bit
of an annoyance.

That aside, I like the very gradual build on this and the
way you have glitchy noises over the very soft main synth.
It's so seperate that I had to pause to check it wasn't the
pipes making that noise in my house. They don't jar despite
being so different and do add to the track. Same goes for
the low level rain/static. I really like the way the track
transforms, you seem to have a gift for long slow mutations
of pieces.

Very good overall, keep it up mate!

I am listening to track 1 right now. It makes me wanna watch
old outdated science videos. Or like ESPN classic vintage
clips of football. In slow mo.

It is vintage and new at the same time. :D I like this
