I order this: Envane Cichlisuite Rephlexions Plaid Peel Session I really only ordered from there to get the two autechre cds (which aren't available from warpmart, well at least cichlisuite. envane was made available soon after i made my boomkat order) and i got rephlexions and the plaid peel session just because it would be easier to get it now instead of ordering it later. Well, i just got the shipping confirmation and envane and cichlisuite weren't included. Why in the world would they have them on their site if they don't have them? This really is rather stupid and I'm really holding back to become a jackass consumer to complain to them. I'm venting it out here. This really put a damper on my day. |

yeah, they're weird on that matter...i only order recent releases from boomkat, the ones im certain they have in stock - i had same trouble as you before so i learnt my lesson :) |

mm. I had some trouble with my creditcard with them - nothing serious, but they're a bitch to get in contact with. it took 3 tries to just get to speak to someone. that said - they did solve everything for me and gave me a record for free. :) |

im still awaiting some records i ordered like a year ago...i bought those already, i have no idea wether they're going to send me those or not :) another time i ordered like 10 records and apperantly they had none on stock so they simply cancelled my order - it said something like : we're sorry for the inconvenience, but we dont have "specified" in stock so we cancelled your order, you wont be charged... since then im only ordering very recent releases, and im really satisfied with the service :) |

a lot of distributors keep stuff in the database that they don't have anymore... it's kinda lame... (although, on occasion, it can be useful for reference) |

I ordered CDs by Ellen Allien, Einoma, Cylobotnia and Pole last week. Got the last 3, but then got an email saying the Ellen Allien wasn't in stock and the order had been cancelled, which sucks. There really is no excuse for listing items on the website that aren't in stock. If they must do so, they could at least say something like 'OUT OF STOCK' in the listing. |

if you live in north america, buy from forcedexposure.com instead. same great selection, but cheaper prices than the uk. boomkat and warpmart are great, but more pricey... |

well they took envane out of the list finally, but now they're showing releases like incunabula and amber for 15 bucks! I saw these used on other sites for like 150 bucks, wtf?! |

roughtrade are similar on this, they just list everything they may have had and just send out loads of "we're sorry/no longer available" emails and leave it at that it would be better if this mailorder peeps took the time to update their pages now and then, i don't think it'd be too hard.. |

I'm sure it doesn't. those listings feel like they are frozen in time - nothing ever changes. always the same stuff for the same stupid prices. |
