Hi!

A brand new Funckarma release will be out soon on DUB
Records (part 6?) and ONRECORDS will be doing a Funckarma
remix e.p. of fresh remixes.
Also check out "Cane", "Cenik" & "Quench" which are all
Funckarma side-projects...

A friend of mnie saw Funckarma live.
Two guys with laptops hardly moving staring at the screen
with glazy eyes.

He wasnt impressed.

The Funckarma borthers are from the Netherlands, not
Belgium. Their Cane project will be released soon on Arcola
Records (new WARP Sub-label)

funckarma does seem a bit too ambient for a live set. it
could work if the floor was filled with matrasses or
something with a great vj. too much brain and too little
dance.
take the track 'always with you(funckarma remix)' for
instance (i dont know who made it originally). its a great
track, but how would it sound live? i think it would be what
you say; boring.
anyway, my point is:
funckarma rocks (in an introvert kinda way)

they're good, haven't seen them live yet ,.so can't commend
on that. But what' ya expect from an electronic live act
with their sound,....mc hammer dancemoves?

They could start by wearing MC Hammer pants. Yo!

And for all you Dutchies out there:

dif:use monsters of laptop
Funckarma, EOG, Static, Mecano and Nynack will hook up the
laptops for one big live experiment..
