I quit smoking so I've trying to do some fit work to keep
myself in shape (I hear it helps you not want to smoke) but
yeah ... jogging fucking sucks... so does going to the GYM :
(

if it makes you feel any better, i've been horribly hung
over all day.

i won't get into details, but let's just say a Mr. Jose
Cuervo kicked the shit out of me last night. Bad.

smoke weed and lift light wieghts, do lots of reps, drink
tons of water, take vitamins, go for walks, etc etc...

just keep it simple until you get back on track.

the weed is for the pain, btw.

use up the free time making tracks, fuse all your cravings
into your track, make em sound like you INSANELY want a
cigerrette

i used to jog, then i said "how practical of an application
is jogging? how often do i find myself running from a man
with an axe? how often do i find myself without a car? is
there truly a benefit to a motor skill, besides the health
aspect, not required and hardly used?"
