I just begun last week to go running every night

at the moment I am just running 6 kms per day, but I hope to
encrease it to 10

do any of you go running regularly? how much do you run a
day?

if you are an expert can you recomend me anything?

i was runing, but i stoped last year...i get home to late,
and its deep dark and im quite a mess from all the shit i
must take at work...but im planing on starting again!

we have this little hill just behind the house so i usually
run there (its really a nice spot for runing/walking an lots
of people from the town use it for recreation)...must start
soon, as im in pretty shitty condition

last month i began jogging 5 times a week each morning on
the treadmill at 6 mph, starting at 10 min the first week.
then i increased it by 2 min each week.

i stopped though, and i got lethargic again. =(

in fact i'm glad you brought this up, Nacmat. we all need to
do some exercise every week. i should start jogging
(footing) again.

quickly... i have no physical shape...

I recommend you stop, if you run on concrete/tarmac
regularly you are quite likely to wear the cartilidge in
your knees out before you're 40.

You're a good swimmer, why not do that every day instead?

I prefer going all the way up rather than downhills

Exercise, pffff. I used to like swimming though, but not for
any kind of fitness reason.
