Radiohead are to take control of BBC digital radio station
6Music’s entire output for a week over Christmas.

The band will choose the music, artists and programming from
December 22 to 28 on the station along with guesting on
programmes, co-presenting shows and selecting exclusive
recordings. They will be given complete access to the BBC
archive to use as broadcast material during their week-long
run.

6Music programming editor John Sugar says, “It will be
exciting for our listeners to see what Radiohead do with
this creative freedom and what it reveals about the
group’s personal taste and influences. It is going to
be an extremely exciting and interesting week on
6Music.”

I reckon they should do a shout out to everyone on this
board by name...could be good though because they are sure
to include a fair bit of electronic stuff in there.
