Hi Gang, I'm making a mix-CD for a couple of friends who have never listened to electronic/IDM/whateverthefuck before. I have a few titles chosen... could you suggest a couple more? Thus far: Bola - Forcasa 1 Aphex - Fingerbib BoC - Sixtyniner Autechre - Bike (this could change to Rae) Squarepusher - Port Rhombus I don't want to frighten them off with any 'Unborn Baby'... so keep it on the soft side o things... i'd personally change the mum selection to green grass of tunnel. better tune in my opinion, and just as accessible, if not more. and i'd suggest a prefuse track, but goddamn i wouldn't know which one to pick. there's probably a good 7 tracks off OWE that would be sufficient. |
