Has anyone else heard about the Aphex release? I think its on his new record label called 'V/VM'...i think. Its called Help:Because You Dont Give a Fuck and the tracks are as follows: 1.Come to Daddy VS Giant Haystack-Tag Teamv7.21v 2.Vassib de-Ferret Sence 3.Boots'N'Skirt Stockport-Beef/Style 4.Sageandonion Stuffin GGG/G and 5.Mone/Y Talks Dirty Cash/Afx=We/RP-Sbekt The cover is very disturbing. It has the eyes from Richard D.James Album put over the the face of ICBYD, with the smile tweaked into something both evil and happy. The overall appearance is purely scary. I like it. U can see it if u have Windows Media Player and use Media Guide. Worthwhile. |

that's not very new. its not really afx either. it's remix disc...v/m or whatever remixed a bunch of rich's tunes. i haven't heard it, but i heard that it really sucks ass |

there were two releases by V/VM, and there's a new vinyl compilation of both out with remixes of "Cock 10" and "Quoth" that are exclusive to the vinyl release. You can read more about them at these links: http://www.brainwashed.com/vvm http://www.joyrex.com/albums/hat01.html http://www.joyrex.com/albums/hat02.html The latter two links contain audio samples so you can hear for yourself how bad they are (IMO). Some people actually like them. There IS a new Aphex Twin release due early next year though, but it's not on WARP :O] |
