You need to snap out of this "I can't get a girl" thing...I don't know how old you are but providing you are under 40 you should have no trouble going out of a weekend and getting a girl. It really isn't hard, you just keep putting yourself into the situation were it might happen and soon enough it will. And force yourself to act confident even if you don't feel it. |

I have never had sex and I still might not ever. Eventually, given my genetic hard wiring, I had no choice but to start simulating it with my pillow. It's not just a physical simulation, but almost more importantly, a psychological simulation. I tell my pillow it's pretty, caress it, tell her deep secrets and tell her I love her. I constantly move into new positions with it, which is actually so stimulating it's hard to get to sleep. My imagination in this department is only a very few degrees short of the realness of reality, so I am just about able to fool my biological brain and body into thinking they're succeeding marvelously in the deep, innate evolution-designed urge to replicate. I can say with a fair ammount of self confidence that I am an "attractive" human. So the real reason I find sex, not to mention any other form of even mild human intimacy difficult is surely behavior that was learned- almost surely due to the soul-killing psychological harrassment generously dished out to me over a dulling period of time. |

Anyway, if I could scrape away the surface of innate subjective hormonal urges and look only at the objective evolutionary and biological reasons and mechanisms, I would surely have absolutely no desire to contribute replications of myself to earth's ecologically and psychologically unhealthy and unnatural future. I'm quite glad evolution worked in a way where we even have a choice in the matter. Single celled creatures just divide whether they "want" to or not. If I had the power of a god, I'm not sure what would be the most ecologically and healthy moral way to deal with humanity. Simply erasing them all would be a temporary solution only as evolution of earth's remaining species would continue. The crazy thing about the whole thing is the subjective factor. The fact that somehow, out of all of that complexity, consciousness emerges, an "I" forms. If there was no "I" in the equation, none of it would matter and nobody would feel pain or care about the whole process. |
