if you've ever read the bluntman & chronic comic book, it's suppose to be Dickhead. a superhero that looks like a penis. He was once a normal man like you and mean, except he had a small penis, and everybody made fun of him because of that. One day, he saw this commercial on tv promoting a medicine that could enlarge your penis. He bought it the next day and drank the whole bottle, but that wouldn't do it. So he decided to go to the factory where the medicine was made to get a large amount of it. But he was accidently tripped into the tank with the stuff by bluntman & chronic.
