Anybody heard this yet? It came in the post this morning.
The jazz tracks seem cool, the first track is beautiful, the
middle section is completely pointless noodly crap.

Any thoughts?

haven't heard yet.. sounds promising though..
but what exactly do you mean by noodly crap? like..
winky-wanky-noise for-the-sake-of
showing-his-noisemaking-prowess?

Pretty much. I think it doesn't help from being a
soundtrack, in that there's very little in the form of
structure, either. It's just generic background stuff,
half-arsed electronics and plinky sounds in places.

hmm.. so would you consider the release worth buying?

If it's cheap, yes. It's £8.99 including shipping from
cd-wow.com. I'd pay that if I was a Radiohead fan.
Otherwise, I'd be a little more hesitant.

aye i downloaded it. the first track is a bit like Pyramid
Song. And I love the tremelo guitar on the second track. But
the rest of the album sounds like incohesive noodlings which
are probably best taking in their original film visual
context.
