Every male under 30 has played at least the first 4 Mega Man games for NES, right? And I bet you can hum at least three quarters of the stage themes from the second one. This is a pretty badass and eclectic take on numbers 2 and 3... some of them have some electronic elements, some are straight forward hard rock. Some kick ass, some suck. My favorites are 2- Metal Man, Bubbleman, Quickman, Flashman, some badass guitar 3- Spark Man, Boss and Intro themes They do NOT top the original NES tunes, no way. But they're still nice. Anyone else got some video game covers? Minibosses, guys like that. |

Thinking about it, Mega Man 2 was always second place to Mega Man 3 in terms of gameplay in my opinion, but the music was a lot better. These tracks are really good and I'm not someone who usually likes covers of videogame music. |
