yeah i tried that but it keeps saying the picture is too
big, i tried to resize, no luck there.

it should be something like 60x80

try gifworks.com or is it .org

you can modify .gifs there

yeah you can always modify your pictures. what format is it
saved in?

You can resize it in any basic image editing program.
Photoeditor, Paint Shop Pro, Graphic Converter. It does
have to be 60x80 exactly, and a .gif I believe.
