i went to see fantasia 2000 on iMAX a few years back and
they mentioned giving Dali a chance at creating a segment.

and by all means it would have truly been amazing/sickly
seeing a Dali painting in motion?

.... whoa

yeah, im sorry but i agreee with ape.

akira is garbage in comparison to dali's work as an artist.
nothing like it then, nothing like it now.

akira is pop-art.

ever seen his stuff in the flesh?

i have, and i can tell you that it boggles the mind.

it's easy to write off when it's not right in your face,
forcing you to say to yourself "how the hell did he do that
by hand?"

I have a large print of Lo Spettro Di Vermeer in my
apartment, but I kind of fucked it up when I moved all my
stuff up here. It doesn't seem to like to adhere to these
walls with post tape, I may just pin it up with tacs since
it is already blemished.

But I like it a lot

Salvador Dali is fucking amazing, one of the few people I
would label as an artistic genius.

I'm really rerally really intrigued in this, thanks or
bringing it to my attention

And an akira page? Wicked two of my favourite things! Thanks
guys!
