YES CERI JC THEY'RE LEGIT AND THEY R ALL ON CD..MAYBE THE WORD IS NOT "CAN'T ACCESS" IS JUST THAT WHEN TRYING TO BROWSE THRU THE REFILL FILES IT SHOWS BUT WHEN TRYING TO PUT THEM ONTO ANY OF THE COMPONENTS ON AN EMPTY RACK TO START PROGRAMMING IT JUST WONT,BECAUSE ITS NOT A FILE THAT SOME OF THE COMPONENTS WILL READ,LIKE .RPS,.RNS,BUT THE .RFL SOUNDS CANT GET HOLD OF THEM..SORRY TO ASK ALL THIS AND HOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY...THANX ONE MORE TIME

One more question, are you familiar with reason or is this your first time using it?
You are creating reason devices in the rack (ie dr. rex player, subtractor etc.) first, then using the open folder button on them to browse the refills? If you're just opening them from the file/menu it'll only look in them for song files.

Thanx for answering Ceri JC..Yes it's my first time using Reason..And yes,I'm creating devices on an empty rack to do some programming and going to the browse files to find sounds, but Dr.Rex,subtractor etc have their own . files to read..How then can I just pick a sound want to use from the .rfl folder?? Because it just say that it's not a file that specific device can read because is .rfl?? Am I missing some steps Ceri JC?? Sorry again man... :(

You need to open the sound via the device it's for- you wouldn't try to load NES games in a Master System or CDs on a record deck... I imagine you just want to browse through the included sounds, right? Best bet is to create one machine, let's say, a Subtractor synth in the rack. Now on that, click the folder icon in the top left corner of the synth. Then navigate to the refills in that window. Select one and try it out... Be aware that not all refills have sounds for all machines- some only have sounds for one device, eg all subtractor patches or all nn-19 samples... as Peloton said, best bet is to read the manual- it's very clear. Print it out and read it from cover to cover. It should only take you a day or so to get to grips with it after that.

I had a slightly related problem with using refills on mac, this may help.
"Mac users who get a plain text file instead of the ReFill icon need to set up the File Exchange Control panel before unstuffing the file. This is how to do it:
Open the File Exchange control panel. Click 'Add...' to add a new file type. In the extension field, enter 'rfl'. In the File Type popup, select RFL Click the Advanced options button. Click Binary File. Click the Add button."
