A black writer for a TV company comes with the idea of a
satirical show - the all new millenium minstrel show --
which peddles all the old nigger stereotypes (laziness,
loves water-melon, dumb) -- except it isn't taken as being a
satire and suddenly it becomes a big hit... I won't say
anymore, because it would give it away!

bamboozled and bulworth are two of my favorite movies.. both
are brilliant and extremely underrated (perhaps in an
unofficial/unacknowledged campaign to censor the radical
ideas therein)

bamboozled was quite a trip. i only saw it once, but i think

you should get the dvd, it's loaded with hilarious deleted
and alternate scenes, plus some really interesting
documentaries on minstrel shows
