Very nice bud! Nicely produced, very rich sound. I know u mostly do ambient but have ever considered drums or percussion in your tracks. PS were u blowing a recorder in that? |

hmm. well. to be totally honest, i don't care for it as much as some of your previous works. it's no 'amb', 'get', or 'thought2'. and at almost 8 minutes i find myself losing interest. ambientambient has just never been my thing, really. when you keep it short and sweet, i love 'em, though. =] it sounded really good, though. as in...the sounds, production quality, etc. anyways, yeah. i hope i didn't just make it sound awful, because i have a tendency to do that...or something. =P |

ok, listening it now for the fourth time.... first of all, it's goood --- it's nice that there is progression, but i don't like some of the sounds (synth in the beginning, esp. the pitch shift, the lowgrade noises in the backgr), but it's probably just me. but i do love the organ! and the feel it makes.. and the reverb sounds excellent, natural and soft. + the high pitch "recorder/feedback" is good too... the organ actually sounds very much like something i have been doing for the new album... shit, i'm tempted to ask what you used for the reverb... or the organ.. usually i try not to know/care what other people use, and i know i don't usually like telling what i use.. i also listened to amb1, it was very good too. keep up the good work Skink. |
