It's down at the moment. Here's what mva has to say: (from
the buzzformat.com forums)

Well, I tried to contact the admins of the server, so I
have to wait what their answer will be. I think they are
upgrading the server of something like that...

He apparently hasn't heard from them yet - he hasn't posted
again since this (yesterday).
