im getting it
btw, if you can check this sonar 2003 set, its almost like another code 4109 and its in really good quality
brilliant stuff, but this stuff sounds so much better listening in your chair than it does on a party like sonar, people go there to dance and this set wasnt really something to dance to, its so much more than that - it would be nice to listen to it live in some theatre or another smaller place tho

that BoC tune is "wildlife analysis", tho he's playing some nice beats over it, and you must be pretty foucussed to hear it

i don't think kakusei is that great.... i'd say he's kind of fallen off over the years... although, to be fair, i haven't given the latest album a listen, nor have i heard Zen... but kakusei, only had a few good tracks (like that supercollab with esthero which sounds absolutely wicked, halfway through Code 4109, which is a sweet mix). there's a few really cool tracks on his first album (s/t), but i'd say his best stuff is from "Strictly Turntableized" and "Meiso"... you just can't top tracks like "Dig this Vibe"...

i prefer his earlier stuff as well, zen has some nice tunes (im getting a feeling he's showing of a bit on this one hehe)
i didnt give a proper listen to "message at the depth" but it sounds a lot harder then zen

this is the only cd that I have with dj krush on it, and ronny jordan is a bass player, if you like lounge jazz check out a cd he made called "brighter day"
