It's because it uses an unlicensed sample from a Vibert track. There's no beef between them.

Markus Popp is from Oval, yes, and it was actually Lesser that made a track 'dissing' him..
'Luke Vibert can Kiss my Indiepunk Whiteboy Ass' is indeed a kid606 track, and an EXCELLENT one at that. I was not aware of the sample.. although I assumed the track was thus named because it relies heavily on the kind of cheesy, loungy samples that Vibert is so fond of, only run through with static distortion and breakbeats.
Lesser and kid606 are friends though, and that's prolly the connection.

Hmm, I'll need to get back to you on this, although the title was very similar.
