so i figured out: the names quarter of the tracks on envane
probably means they're all a 1/4 of one idea
so how's that with our friend qter here: did he sign up with
3 other guys or is he incomplete?

on garbage the numbers at the end of the tracks are the
percentage of time they take up on the disk.

i never even noticed the quarters. I always thought of
envane as a huge futuristic city, hence the frank lloyd
wright cover art, and the quarters being different sections
of the city.
