Any weird / wonderful / wacky ideas ?

I'm considering...

(1) Dressing up as Alf, and walking around welcoming people
to 'my home'.

(2) Scratching the shit out of myself, then guarding the
garage (where we will be handing out candy) and asking
everyone, 'please, don't go looking in the freezer'

(3) Falling asleep in our boat out front, and waking up to
greet guests... in nothing but moistened lipstick.

Any suggestion, irregardless of their idiocy factor, will be
welcomed.

i had a friend who's dad would dress up like a mummy and go
after people. he was really tall too, so that helped.
then as a kid, i recall going to this house with some
friends, and seeing this body slumped over on a chair - it
looked like it was fake, covered in straw, we weren't sure,
but then as we got closer, he twitched and we screamed. i
think i almost had a heart attack

Been there, done that, had that done to me...

Yeah, it works, but it's kinda predictable.

this will scare the kiddies:

Get a real hand gun

fill it with blanks

and pretend to shot your friend, who will have a blood
capsle, to slam on his chest

then turn to the kids, and scream something about getting
rid of the witnesses

then proccede to fire the blanks at them

*warning: possibility of being arrested?

Yep, they don't tolerate much in the way of 'fun with guns'
over here in Canada.

=:L

I refuse to celebrate any Pagan festivals on the grounds
that we can no longer sacrifice goats without being done for
animal cruelty.

Luke is going to gather up all of his film major buddies and
we are going to watch scary movies. This is only a maybe,
but it sounds fun :)

We also must carve pumpkins. I carved a kick ass Jack
Skellington face into mine last year.

Stay at home! Ignore the fucking tackiest and most poinltess
'celebration' of the year.

That's my suggestion, anyway.
