there are programs that convert the bitrate, but i doubt it does much with the quality if it's from a lower to higher conversion |

not at all and besides when i'm finished mixing the tracks it will all be 192kbps...the reason I want a high bitrate is to have a good quality to mix with in the first place. And though most people can't hear the difference from 128kbps and 192kbps, there are still people who can tell the difference in a split-second. |
