yep. Get sound forge. If you have a soundblaster set the sound card on What u Hear. Then hit record in SoundForge and play the live stream.
Or else you can use a tape deck.

total recorder works well for this i find easier to use than soundforge

you can do it in creative recorder too, which has the option to switch to "what u hear" and can record the stream too.
