pills that is.... STILL can't seem to find some rest, and
wondering what you other insomniacs did, personally

the right music on headphones could help you a lot, that is,
if you haven't tried that already...

Get some exercise. There is no way you can stay awake the
night after a three hour swim.

Other tips:
Unplug the internet.
Don't listen to aggro music/watch action filled stuff just
before bed.
Read for an hour before trying to go to sleep.
Put your alarm clock so you can't hear it ticking or see its
face.
Don't eat high energy foods in the evening.
Don't drink coffee after noon.

all the BoC you can put in your playlist (exept 'devil...'
and 'magic window'), and then put it on repeat, random and
PLAY!

that does it for me...

you need to go to bed with a clear head.

You must not have things to do in the morning. Allow for a
slow wake up, time to enjoy the morning, no running off to
work.

You must not go to bed thinking about things to do the next
day. You must be satisfied that the days work is done, and
you are now to rest.

It's all mental, if you stress and worry about things, then
you worry about sleeping, and if you worry about sleeping,
you ain't going to sleep.

you must clear your head, after a week of really trying you
will find that you sleep fine. de-stress and deep sleep.

yeah best 2 tips

1. work out on a daily to tri-daily basis
2. wake up early, smoke a joint, by the end of the night
youll be burnt out - but be like me and smoke lots of weed
all day and youll want to fall asleep so fast.
