Ok, ok, I was a bad boy and downloaded Drukqs, but I still bought it because I give money to good artists. And between the download and the album, taking control is much different, in fact, completely different. Now the downloaded one has a copyright by severed@cgocable.net. That could mean something. Anyway, I actually enjoyed the downloaded version better than the album version and was just wondering what was up with it. |

I'm pretty sure taking control was on one(or both) of the samplers released prior to the drukqs album. was was a 2 track, one was a 5 track. it might be a different mix(on the sampler. i havent heard the samplers my self, so i cant tell you for sure, but i have heard that the songs sound SLIGHTLY different. Completely differnt? thats beyond me. |

although this has been posted a gazziglion times - the same holds for Kesson Daself (or so) and a song called Druqks - on audiogalaxy .. Kesson daself has the Big Ben chime - with what can only be RDJ percussion and melody. The other song - again, unmistakeably RDJ, despite it kind of being a "new" style - druqks (and it is qk as far as i know) takes a while to get into, but is ok .. one has to focus on the melody as the beats are a little over the top at first? Sounds interesting, perhaps richard/ or someone is finally leaking them laptop mp3's .. mmmhhhh? |

Yeah, those two songs are completely different. The one I got off of Audiogalaxy is like hard industrial, while the album track reminds me of a little disco RDJ style. Anyway, I haven't heard the samplers either so I don't know if that would be the case. I can only hope that this is some of RDJ secret stuff leaking out. |

Holy shit, I downloaded Aussois before I heard Drukqs, and it was a three minute long song with a voice sample saying ''PREPARE TO BE ACTIVATED'' or something. Nice beat, nice song. What the hell is it, though? |

I don't see how they got the hard industrial version out of the album version. I don't know if the album is different here in the US then it is in europe, but I don't see the similarity. |

Seems like there is some secret RDJ stuff floating around, or some pretty good fake artist (who perhaps got ahold of one of them beat generating programs or so?) - Nice tunes anyway tho - Afx or not. |
