Woohoo, I bought Druqks today... I'm listening to it now... I gotta give it a few listens before I give my opinion... heh, I work part time, one shift a week, and I get paid about 80 bucks every check... I got paid on monday, and I already spent like 60 bucks of it!!! :) |

I paid 39 dollars for it. I came with 37, but the clerk paid for 2 bucks of it, what a sweetie she was. If I had to go back and get 2 fucking bucks, I would've gone mad. |

Yeah, I thought for sure the guy I asked asked me whether or not it was a local band... heh, that's just stupid... you're working in a music store, so you should know about all types of music... and even though Aphex Twin isn't super popular, he is considered the god of electronic music basically, so you should know who he is... |

I heard drukqs now about 2wiceish. I mostly have a negative opinion towards it. Then again music in general has lost some interest for me gradually but pretty recently, except for overly lame or complex things. I honestly like wham!'s make it big (the first 2 songs anyway) better than drukqs because of the extremely densely packed lameness. I think all the drums are like the same... volume in drukqs. And it's not crazy enough, it sounds like he's been taking prozak or something and it cured whatever the hell was,,, wrong with him a bit. It's good stuff. I don't really think I'll listen to it very much. Aphex twin seems like music that needs to be on short eps. |
