is life but a dream?

could it be that life is but a dream...?

- lately i've been feeling more alive in my dreams than in
reality, my dreams are more and more vivid, more real to me
than life (who stays the same always, quite empty - maybe
it's my fault, i'm not doing a lot in my days at all - but
no one really lives a dream life with lots of adventures and
stuff, or maybe people living their passions but i do not
have strong passions)...

i'm a bit losing my time marks too... did this happen today?
yesterday? two days ago? one week ago? this year? the year
before?

...and i'm amazed when i wake up and discover reality...
like i had forgotten it.

i wish these feelings could go on and further, longer... i
wish i could "wake up from life" and get away from all of
it, all the time (everyone does, at least sometimes,
no?)...

don't you?

Life is probably closer to a nightmare than a dream.

But yes, the feeling of disapointment when you wake up from
an interesting dream, even scary ones, is way too common.
Dreams are tons of fun, definitely something to look forward
to. I've got more nicer and more interesting memories of my
REM sleep than of my real life. Sleep rulz.

it is more common than not to awaken shortly after dreaming
as rem sleep comes an the end of a cycle of about 90
minutes. take note the time you fall asleep and the time you
wake up and usually it will be divisible by 90 minutes, i.e.
3 hours, 4.5 hours, 6 hours etc

I remember things from a long time ago as if they were
yesterday and remember yesterday perfectly but it feels like
a long time ago.

Yeah these things happen. But uhh you wouldn't want to be
thinking too much like me coz my brain IS very messy and not
healthy.
