Thanks for listening and replying, deepspace and big. Some info about the project [from the zeboxpage:] This is a soundproject I made for school, and figure out what I am trying to say with it (this track even features a story). We had several restrictions (when working with the project), e.g. no instruments or (real) words, so we had to do it in another way... All sounds in this track was recorded on MD by me, and then put into Cubase [and it took a lot of time to move around all "drums"...] |

well... It's not about love this time. It's about man VS technology. How technology (e.g. radiation) affects us (even when we don't know it). If you play the track backwards (a lot of sounds are reversed, but maybe that's not something one notices?) you will get a little story (and hear a swedish phoneconversation [me and a friend of mine]). All sounds in this track are either my voice, my friend[Sven]'s voice (the conversation), sounds from the mobile/landline phone, or sounds I made --with-- the mic. Again, thanks for listening. |

I forgot to add; we were not suppose to have any melody either... And I must say the restrictions made the project an interesting challenge, since I usually use atleast one of the things we weren't allowed to use now. |

yeah, i was thinking in that direction, i just had to put in love, because that's always in every story. after the first listen i actually wanted to comment (and woot) on the backwards things: i thought the internet connection beeps were backwards, but the second time i thought not, it was beeping from incoming call, followed by an internet connection being made. but anywho, for what kind of course was it? and what were you up to the last few hours (just curious)? |
