oh god i love these things - i just got one today and ive
being playing it non stop

(i actually prefer to call it a jaw harp - but i believe
that term i used for my title is more well known)

this is a jaw-harp if you are unfamiliar with
them. they sound like a boinging spring when played :D

Didn't Acid Mothers Temple do a few songs on one album with
that up in the mix ?

its so boingy

i have one that looks exactly like that.

it's the "he's your dog charlie brown" edition or some shit.
The box makes reference to that Charlie Brown episode where
chuck is in the spelling bee and Snoopy plays the mouth harp
to help him remember how to spell.

the sound kinda freaks me out though.
just like water and pouring a bottle, not as bad as that
though

Jew's harps are cool. Heh, my best instrument. I used to bug
people with it at college.
I can talk through them making a funny voice and do
impressions of Black Sabbath's Iron Man with 'em.
I have 2 different ones.
They can really excite a piece of music if used well.
