translation:

Pile of puke from Owl
( Biology )
When an owl have eaten it will get rid of undigested food by
throwing up balls of puke. In each ball there is a large
amount skelettonpieces from rodents and other small
aniamls.

A detailed instruction with pictures makes it possible to
learn more about owls aswell as studying more about the
skeleton of vertebrates.

The balls of puke are warm-sterilized.

it costs almost 6¤.

in english, those are referred to as "owl pellets"

i have gone owl pellet collecting a the padilla bay bird
sanctuary here in washington. We collected owl pellets,
then took them back to the lab where we sorted through them
and reassembled the skeletons of the critters within.
