OK, so I woke up this morning at 5am and listened to Smyrna's radio-show, and I came to think about that I actually too wanted to be a radio-host. And since there is a local radio-station in my hometown, I should try seeking in. I mean, I have heard guys on that channel just sitting and talking about nothing and playing black-metal, so I guess I could do that too jsut with IDM. I send the radio-station an email this morning explaning my ideas. My idea is simple. A chill/lounge/electronic-show with a lot of info about artists and such. AND artists from this board. I this happens I will end up playing a lot of chilled tracks (so that means a lot of BoC), and I will make a website for the show where you can view a playlist and listen to previous shows. IF any tracks from the board (i.e. AERMX) or from some of you artists will be played, there will be a link to the site where you can download it. That means that I'll do my best to give all you guys with good music, some equally good publicity. I also have plans about making one show a month in English just for you guys sake ;) I really hope for this, and I somehow feel this could evolve into something great. There aren't really any audience for IDM in Denmark, so starting out with some chilled parts of it, could be a good way to get DK in the middle of this too. I will call the show "Chillstation". If the local station won't take me in, I'll keep trying on other stations until I find someone that will. |

i will do... I really think that taking this initative could be a good change for me (both as a web-designer, artist and musiclover), and for you guys (for promotion and listening joy)... I could only imagine this would be a fun and great show :) |
