I d/L'd the new/upcomming richard devine ep, and was
thoroughly impressed. As was one friend of mine, who - up to
that point - hated anything he had heard by richard devine.

Anybody else peep this?

I hope it's lipswitchish and not aleamapperish. The best
track I've heard so far is the first one at thebeginning of
lilly of the valley.

More lipswitch... no ambient stuff. The rhythms are just as
complex, yet the sounds, while maintaining their original
strength and dignity, seem gentler. He also implemented
melody into 3/5 trax. The melody of the first track is hard
to describe, but its kind of like he added a harmonic
eliment to many of the glitch sounds used. But every song
(aside from the Come to daddy remix which thrown in as track
two??) was well beyond my expectations.

Awesome, I want this. I was blown away by the tracks
"boombonic plague" and "4 rooms 4 walls" by otto von
schirach if you havn't heard chopped zombie fungus yet.

I got that entire stupid warp remix compilation thing too
mostly just for the small handful of remixes by aphex and
devine. I heard that come 2 daddy remix and remember that it
was practically unrelated to the original track, but though
I like it I've only heard it about once because of the huge
effort to find the correct warp disk (1 or 2 of the double
cd) and then find the correct track number.

I'm glad there's melody probably. This might just be a
mindblowing album.

Its in soulseek.

I just bought the Chopped Zombie Fungus Trillogy the other
day. Some good stuff - altho Boombastic Plague pretty much
eclipses everything else on the cd - but still pretty happy
with it.

At the risk of sounding redundant, I just want to say that
the new cd is an ep, and that it is unreleased as of yet.
But it owns. I will be ordering this when it released.
