my favorite aphex tracks are (in an almost unparticular order): icct hedral, vordhosbn, 4, mt saint michel+ saint michaels mount and fingerbib i came home stoned the other night, in a nice way, and started to listen to the come to daddy ep. and bucephalus bouncing ball just sounded like a 'normal' track to me. also probably because i found that autechre might be better with the metalic sounds tracks, Gaekwad (no 3 of peel sessions 2) for instance. my second favorite aphex tracks are: jynweythek, avril 14th, hy a scullyas lyf adhagrow, kesson dalef (those are 1, 9, 14 and 15 of drukqs, disc one), come to daddy, girl boy song (i find the drill pretty ugly on that though, i'm a 'girl') i wish i could relive listening to the sample of vordhosbn on aphextwin.nu. i thought it was a completely different track then, with no build up (and disappointing going nowhere after that) but just that strange, compelling sound, i might have to get a hold on songs from mars. excuse me if i bore the hell out of you |

anything louder'd just hurt my ears, i wear headphones fingerbib is no5 in my favs because i've listened to it to much, if i'd listened to it a bit less i would still not listen to it anymore but not dislike it a bit. i dont have ICBYD and am kinda glad with that because then i would have ended up hating icct hedral.. |

it's not between ' ' for nothing, sorry dude it's the thing that aphex thinks some of his songs are girl like some boylike i think fingerbib is for babies and the girl/boy analogy could be streched to for boys or for girls (i got a girl into ICBYD recently!) therefor me especially liking the girl stuff of that song, the mushy violins, makes me a bit of a girl |

hmm, i think its only available on soilseek at the moment...but the sampler (rephlexions) will be out in november i think so you'll hear the full version then if not before... |

plenty of nice tunes on rephlexions... i love the one by vibert, leila, bochum welt,... my current fav afx tune is every day (if that was the question hehe) |

well i just recently bought windowlicker (i bought the fecking vid once, pissed me of, the demo, copied it and gave it away, kinda regret that now, since it'd be interesting to have that demo), anyways: it's the only aphex track which i really believe must have been written in a dreamstate, because of the atmosphere and all the completely irrational breaks. |
