Ok I'm gonna be positive the drum programming was nice and
varied. If a bit drowned out by the other sounds. I like the
idea. But music wise it doesn't grab me automatically. You
need a stronger hook. I like the drum programming its like
you have a good appreciation compared to a lot of other
people on the board's music. I still like the idea so I have
an open mind about it. I reckon you need to add something to
give it a bit of zing and also try and let the drums breath
better because they're drowned out a bit by the other
sounds. Well actually I think if you just increase the
volume on the drums that should help too. Yes you need to
let the drums breath a bit better. Also it'd be good to here
some more built up within the drums. Don't know what else to
say.

Yeah, some volume on the drums.

The melody is not the type i would go for but it has the
Square wicked quite dark feel, Nice work but less bass kick
and more snare drum =)

make some nobsmuggler jazz. then i`ll listen. I already have
Squarepusher jazz and I`m sure he made some thread on a
jakeball Amiganet messageboard entitled "Miles Davis Jazz"
and i'm sure some smartarse cuntface like myself posting a
similar sarcastic retort. the end.

I wouldn't really call this Squarepusher Jazz anyway. Its
pretty cool, but my tastes are more for structure and
whatnot. There is structure but some of it seems too random.
How did you get the woodwind? Did you sample it or actually
play it?

It sounds like a Reason track using the Orchesta soundbank
and a couple of Matrix pattern thingies hooked up for a
random melody.

The drums are OK though :D

orkester to work :s
but the random ness is what i set up i cant seeem to get the
matrix fckers to work properly
