forgive me if this has been asked a million times already
(i've been away from the messageboard for a good while), but
what's going on with SLSK?
have the record industry powers that be sued the hell out of
it or some such? the website no longer exists, nor will the
program itself launch any longer. so in short, WTF?

There's a thread about this somewhere. You had to add a few
lines (IP addresses) in a file called HOSTS....I'll try to
find it...
