Buy it and be amazed. Brand New is one of the slew of shitty punk/emo bands to come out in the late 90s (i.e. The Starting Line, New Found Glory, Mest, Rufio, Homegrown and the list goes on endlessly...). They came out with a CD that sucked, and now their second release "Deju Entendu" is out and it's fantastic. It bleeds of originality and takes emo to places it's never been. And keep in mind i HATE emo. Cursive and Brand New are the only emo bands I can stand. Seriously though, check this shit out, you won't be disappointed. |
