My favourite by him. One of my (many) all time favourite
albums. Highly reccomended.

Movements 1,5,8, and 9 are amazing. The ones in between are
great too.

yeah Antarctica is very nice..but imho, El Greco is his
masterpiece, it is amazingly beautiful and surreal, very
atmospheric, and even very "tasteful" somehow..

he takes his time with it, it's slow and relaxing, also
quite long...and did i mention beautiful?

I really reccommend you give it a listen, download it, then
buy it if you find out that you agree with me...

I really like the Blade Runner soundtrack, it's great to put
on as background music. There are lots more Vangelis I like
but I can't remember them right now...

ehhehe......a famous actor and quite a good artist....i
believe he passed away, anyway eventhough he wasn't GREEK he
played in the famous movie called

Zorba the Greek! so thats why that name reminded me of
him....and of course the ARTIST El Greco....i wonder if
thats what the album is named after?

anyway here's a Bio for Quinn, i'm sure you'll
recognize him, he's been in a TON of movies!

you just have to click the "more information" or something
button there... sometimes an artist has too many releases
and so they aren't all shown on the main page there... if
you get what I mean... :)

I think I'd like Vangelis if I were ever to buy a cd of
his... the blade runner soundtrack was nice, from what I
heard watching the movie...

but my next cd purchase will be The Neverending Story
soundtrack... you can laugh at my all you like, but that
music is fantastic... and it will be mine before I leave the
netherlands!! :)

I had three cds in mind that I HAD to buy here... Hi Scores
(which I bought already), Amber (already bought) and The
Neverending Story soundtrack... so, I will hunt that bad boy
down, and it will be mine! :)

good taste, i'm a big fan of moroder

oh yeah, I had the MP3's back home... but I need the actual
thing... the music really is excellent... nothing takes me
back to my childhood, and makes me feel all happy and stuff
like that music... good stuff...

I was in this little fantasy shop the other day, and they
had a bunch of cds there... they had the lord of the rings
soundtracks and stuff, and the neverending story movie, but
no sountrack... so, close but no cigar...

and I'm not really a big fan of ordering... I guess I'm old
fashioned in the sense that I like to go into a store, and
buy it there... I do order if I have to, and I know I can
get it online easily... but I want to see it in a record
shop... there's nothing like it... when you're searching for
a cd for ages, and finally find it... I almost screamed with
joy when I found Hi Scores... it was a defining moment for
me! Ok, maybe a bit of exaggeration there... but it was
really nice to see it there! :)
