since i don't have many of the original releases, i'm not
sure which mixes on "26 mixes for cash" were edited from
their original form.

i do know that "mindstream" and "triachus" are significantly
edited from their original form.

does anyone know what other tracks may have been edited from
the original versions?

A lot of the track sound more like remixes of his own tracks
than remixes of originals. Basically...anything that was a
remix of a rephlex release had a lot more work put into it
than the other commercial remixes.

i think he means edits in the remixes placed on the album,
like the shortened nin remix.

that said, i have no idea.

I dunno in that case...I only listened to the album twice

i thought the nin remix was shortened, and i do own the
original, but never cared much for the remixes so i didn't
check.

i notice the st etienne remix seems very short.

i don't use filesharing software so for most of these i
don't have mp3's either...

I've got all the originals so I'll check it out...

Might be something to do with fitting all those tracks ona
single CD...

I have the original "Time to find me"by seefeel

aphex just made it sound fresher and clearer basically IMO
